All the dishes on offer are carefully chosen and prepared. Here, local dishes combine with the chef's latest creations, reflecting the variety and quality of the local produce.

Top of the list are lamb and game dishes, served with a wide variety of mushrooms from the region, as well as the home-made cold cuts such as the Solís, the secallona (dried sausage) or liver bread and tripe. You can even enjoy dishes hard to find today such as "freginat" or lamb's tripe.

Other specialities include red rooster and mushrooms or chestnuts, venison or rabbit casserole with wild mushrooms, or other warming dishes such as "escudella", a rich, Catalan stew, or traditional soups such as "brown bread soup".
